Split the plan. Every slice is a coin.
Drag the knobs on the rim to give each coin its share. The whole basket becomes one token you can buy with SOL.

This basket was made by an earlier test version of the program on devnet and can no longer be read. Its test coins were worthless twins; nothing real is held in it.
The board could not load this basket's prices right now. The emergency exit works without them.
Dashed: the same basket in the days before launch (backtest from candles). Solid: since launch.

Use it when you want the coins themselves instead of SOL, or when buying and selling is not available. It burns your shares once and sends you your part of every coin, one coin per transaction, with no fee.
Details
This basket holds the real coins on mainnet. Buys swap real SOL into them, sells swap them back. The basket can never change after launch.
On this basket holds test twins of mainnet coins, traded against a devnet mock AMM priced from the real coins. NAV, profit and the safety gate are read from the real mainnet coins. The basket can never change after launch.

Test coins
One press gives you twins worth 100 shares of your current basket. Twin contracts are created the first time someone needs them.

Buyback and burn
Platform fees, paid in SOL on every buy and sell, sit in one vault. The platform buys with it and burns every token it bought, in the same transaction. The program lets that SOL go nowhere else, and the counters below are read straight from the chain.
Platform token not set yet
The Quant Basket token contract is written once on chain by the platform admin. Until then the vault only fills up: nothing can be bought or burned.

Risks
Prices
- A basket holds real coins. When they fall, the basket falls with them. Memecoins can lose most of their value in a day.
- NAV and profit on this site are estimates from public prices. What you get when you sell depends on the pools at that moment.
- A buy or a sell pays fees on each side and moves the price of each coin a little. Small baskets of thin coins move more.
Coins
- Every coin passes a strict gate when a basket is made and again before every buy. A coin can still lose its pools or its buyers later; the gate then blocks new buys, and the emergency exit always works.
- A tokenized stock (coming soon) is controlled by its issuer, who can pause it. That coin then waits; the other coins of the basket are never blocked.
Trades
- A large basket can need more than one bundle. The page warns you before you sign: then a trade is not all or nothing, and an unfinished trade can be cancelled for the coins in kind.
- Your wallet adds its own safety checks to what it signs. If a transaction has no room for them, the page tells you before your wallet opens.
The program
- The admin has no path into the vaults and there is no withdraw. Only a holder who burns shares, a seller during a sale, or a buyer cancelling an unfinished buy gets coins out, and only their own part.
- The buyback and burn is run by the platform key: the platform key chooses the swap route. The program checks that every token bought is burned and that the SOL goes nowhere else, at most 2 SOL per burn and 25 SOL per day.
- Fixes can ship. Program updates stay open so bugs can be fixed.
How a basket works
- Launch. An author picks coins and their weights. At launch the basket becomes a fixed quantity of each coin behind one share.
- Buy. Buying with SOL swaps your SOL into every coin in exactly those quantities, straight into the basket vaults. The program checks every vault received its full amount before it creates a single share.
- Sell. Selling burns your shares, sells each coin's portion for SOL and pays you, with a minimum you set through slippage. If the minimum is not met nothing happens.
- Price. NAV per share = the fixed quantities times live prices. Profit since launch compares NAV now with NAV at the launch hour, rebuilt from GeckoTerminal hourly candles: an estimate, labelled as one.
- Fees. Fees are paid in SOL on both sides, at the same rates on a buy and on a sell: creator 0 to 0.7% (the author's choice), platform burn 0.3% and platform treasury 0.1%, at most 1.1% per side, about 2.2% for a buy and a sell together. The burn share buys the platform token and burns it, run by the platform; the revenue share goes to the platform treasury.
- One bundle. A buy or a sell is one Jito bundle on mainnet: all of its transactions land together, in order, or none does. Coins still on a pump.fun bonding curve cannot go into a basket.
- Emergency exit. Burn your shares and take your part of every coin straight from the vaults, one coin per transaction, with no fee. It needs no price and no route, so it works when trading does not.
What it costs
- Buying. The price of the coins in your share, plus the fees in SOL. The total is shown before you sign, and you never pay more than the maximum it shows.
- Network costs. A few thousandths of a SOL in network fees and a small tip so all of the transactions land together. A one time account for your shares costs about 0.002 SOL.
- Selling. The fees come out of what you receive. Nothing extra to pay.
- Launching a basket. A one time rent of roughly 0.04 to 0.1 SOL, depending on the number of coins. It keeps your basket on chain, it is not a fee, and the exact amount is shown before you sign.
Devnet preview
- Launch, buy and sell run on devnet with test twins of the real coins and a devnet mock AMM priced from them. Twins are worthless.
- Prices, NAV, the safety gate and the Jupiter routes next to every leg are read from mainnet. Nothing on mainnet is ever signed here.
How every coin is checked
Any coin that passes these checks can join a basket, a meme coin or anything else. Every coin is checked on mainnet data before it enters, and again right before every buy.
